Macquarie
Macquarie Group (Macquarie) is a global provider of banking, financial, advisory, investment and funds management services.

Macquarie’s main business focus is making returns by providing a diversified range of services to clients. Macquarie acts on behalf of institutional, corporate and retail clients and counterparties around the world.

Macquarie Group Limited is listed in Australia (ASX:MQG; ADR:MQBKY) and is regulated by APRA, the Australian banking regulator, as the owner of Macquarie Bank Limited, an authorised deposit taker. Macquarie also owns a bank in the UK, Macquarie Bank International Limited, which is regulated by the FSA. Macquarie's activities are also subject to scrutiny by other regulatory agencies around the world.

As an owner and manager of significant community assets, Macquarie works closely with governments around the world to deliver important services including transport, roads, airports and utilities. Funds which manage these assets contributed approximately ten per cent of Macquarie’s total underlying operating income for the year ended 31 March 2010.

Macquarie’s approach to risk management is long-standing. Strong risk management practices are embedded in business unit management with central oversight of credit, market, funding, compliance and operational risk. Goodman
Goodman Group is one of the leading listed industrial property groups in the world.

Goodman is an integrated property group that owns, develops and manages industrial property and business space globally. It has specialist operations across Asia Pacific and Europe where it primarily invests in business parks, office parks, industrial estates, warehouses and distribution centers. Goodman offers a range of property funds, giving investors access to its specialist services and property assets. With total assets under management of A$16.2 billion and 331 properties under management*, Goodman is one of the largest listed industrial property groups in the world.

Central to the success of Goodman's business is its integrated customer service offering which underpins its long-term commitment to over 1,300 customers globally. This approach allows Goodman to build long-term relationships with its customers ensuring they receive high quality service and the best solutions for their business space requirements.

In Asia Pacific, Goodman has operations in Australia, China, Hong Kong and New Zealand. Its presence in Japan was formed in May 2007 when Macquarie Goodman Japan (a joint venture company between Goodman and Macquarie Group) acquired 53% of J-REP and the two companies entered into a strategic alliance.
